Positive Approach to Care trains health care professionals and caregivers to gain a better understanding of dementia and dementia-related behaviors and challenges, and learn positive communication and care partnering techniques. These techniques are designed to improve day-to-day experiences and improve quality of life for people living with dementia, staff, caregivers and family members. The training is for CNA students, LPN students, and high school health academy students.
