Pohai Nani Caregiver Support Group
Pohai Nani is a Senior Living in Kaneohe and they offer caregiver support groups. Anyone from the community can join the support group. Their care recipient does not have to reside at Pohai Nani. The staff provides activities for the care recipients in a separate room so that the caregiver can participate in the group.
