Educating Social Workers in Palliative and End of Life Care (P.E.A.C.E. Munch & Learn Series)
You are welcomed and invited to attend the PEACE 2025 virtual Munch and Learn Series on October 23rd at 12:00- 1:00 PM HST with an interactive case-based presentation on Educating Social Workers in Palliative and End of Life Care by Shirley Otis-Green, LCSW.
The PEACE (Program, Promoting Engagement, Aloha, & Compassion in the Everyday Care of People Facing Serious Illness) is a continuing training series for social workers, and others, who are interested in developing their knowledge, understanding and skills working with individuals and families who are experiencing serious illness. This includes a focus on the unique contributions that professional social workers provide on the interdisciplinary team.
This training is provided by Hui Pohala, Social Work Special Interest Group and co-sponsored by Hawaii Pacific Health. This training is at no cost to participants.
