Cultivating Care: A Memory Café

The upcoming Cultivating Care: A Memory Café will be held on Thursdays from 4:30–6:00 PM at the Hoʻōla ʻĀina Pilipili Accessible Community Garden.

December 10 – Celebration

This month, we will plant sunflower seeds to grow and take home, plant herbs in the garden together, create a group collage using photos from the past year, and make name tags.

Note: Due to the end of our current grant funding, we will also be shifting from catered food to an *optional* potluck for our upcoming events. If you are able and would like to bring a small dish or snack to share, you are welcome to do so, but there is absolutely no obligation.

🌿  Helpful Reminders

• All materials and gardening supplies will be provided.

• The garden has wheel-chair accessible pathways with nearby parking, shaded seating, and restrooms.

• Please wear comfortable clothing and sturdy shoes. You are also welcome to bring a hat and water bottle.

• A map with parking details is attached. The garden is located off Metcalf Street next to the University Laboratory School and the UH College of Education portables.
