Ingredients

  • 3 Papaya, halved, de-seeded
  • 1 ½ cups Greek yogurt
  • ¾ cup granola
  • 3 tbsp Honey (optional)

Directions

  1. Wash papaya and cut in half. Remove seeds and arrange halves next to each other.
  2. Fill each papaya half with measured yogurt.
  3. Top each papaya half with measured granola.
  4. Drizzle each papaya half with a tablespoon of honey.
  5. Serve immediately. 1 boat per keiki.

 

Optional: Add blueberries. Swap greek yogurt for plain yogurt or coconut yogurt if you don’t like the tart greek yogurt.
