1/2 tbsp sea salt (to taste)
1 Hawaiian chili peppers thinly sliced or substitute dried chili flakes (optional)
2 tbsp chopped ogo seaweed (optional)
1/2 tbsp toasted kukui (candlenuts)
2 tbsp thinly sliced green onions
2 tsp sesame oil

Directions

Cut raw fish into 3⁄4” x 3⁄4” cubes.
Add sea salt to raw fish and mix.
If ogo (seaweed) is dried, remove ogo from package and place in bowl. Cover ogo with water and let stand 2-3 minutes. Remove ogo from water and slice into 1⁄2” pieces.
Place cut fish in a bowl and sprinkle ogo over fish.
Add sesame oil, sweet onion, chili peppers, kukui, green onions, mix well and serve.

Note: 1 package NOH Poke Mix (0.4 oz.) may replace these ingredients: ogo, chili flakes, and salt. Raw ahi tuna can be substituted for salmon, octopus or tofu.
