Potential Roles:

  • Action Team Members work together on implementing state strategic plan strategies, improving dementia care and brain health in our islands.
  • Community educators receive free dementia training to educate their communities, workplaces, clubs/groups, etc.
  • Community partners collaborate on projects that align with their organizational goals and these statewide efforts.
