On July 17\, 2025\, Martha Khlopin will present on Medicare Drug Coverage (Part D). \nProgram Overview\nThis one hour session covers topics essential for care home and foster home operators.  Topics include the 4Ms of geriatrics: What Matters\, Medication\, Mentation (or Mind) and Mobility  which are based on evidence-based practices that support healthy aging. \nTarget Audience\n\nCare Home Operators\nCare Home Staff\nNurses\nAllied Health Professionals\nSocial Workers\nFoster Home Operators\nCase Managers\nService Coordinators\n\nCertification & Credits\nUpon filling out an online evaluation at the end of the webinar\, operators and caregivers will receive a Certificate of Attendance.  Health Professionals will receive CME credits.
